Medium Impact Residential
To create a zone for transitional or interface areas around the core mixed use zones or along corridors as independent zones where the intention is to widen the scope for the introduction of nonresidential uses within a residential area where there is due protection of a neighbourhood amenity by limiting such uses to local non-disruptive intermediate scale activities |
