The organizational transformation agenda of the city has been driven by an analysis of both what will be delivered and how it will be delivered.
In this new model, the city Manager heads the city management structure, assisted by six Deputy city Managers. These deputies each lead one of seven clusters supported by technical and professional staff.
These clusters are:
- Sustainable Development and City Enterprises;
- Procurement and Infrastructure;
- Health and Social Services;
- Governance;
- Corporate and Human Resources;
- Treasury; and finally;
- Safety and security.
